Build Own Operate - BOO
Suitable for: a utility provider, an industrial manufacturer or a business requiring energy at a large scale.
Specs: 50KW plus Metered Hybrid Solar Power System, Digital Smart Energy Meter, WIFI Enabled Power Inverter, Touch Screen Display, 30 Year Warranty mono Solar Panels.
Backup: Lithium Battery for storage/Gensets for peak loads and back-up.
Requirements: Suitable Sites.
Ownership: The systems are owned and operated by IOTR Energy within an Operational Lease Agreement (OLA) in place with end users.

Build Operate Transfer - BOT
Suitable for: a utility provider, an industrial manufacturer or a business requiring energy at a large scale.
Specs: 50KW plus Metered Hybrid Solar Power System, Digital Smart Energy Meter, WIFI Enabled Power Inverter, Touch Screen Display, 30 Year Warranty mono Solar Panels.
Backup: Lithium Battery for storage/Gensets for peak loads and back-up.
Partnership: IOTR Energy, as the first party will work in partnership with Site Owners, as the second party to develop and build the project.
Ownership: The systems are owned and operated by IOTR Energy with an Operational Lease Agreement in place with the end users over an agreed term at a pre-determined price. At the end of the term, the ownership of the systems is then transferred to the second party with an Operational Management Agreement.

Design and Build Only - DBO
Suitable for: a utility provider, an industrial manufacturer or a business requiring energy at a large scale.
Specs: 50KW plus Metered Hybrid Solar Power System, Digital Smart Energy Meter, WIFI Enabled Power Inverter, Touch Screen Display, 30 Year Warranty mono Solar Panels.
Backup: Lithium Battery for storage/Gensets for peak loads and back-up.
Ownership: The systems are owned and operated by an independent party as the customer. IOTR Energy only has responsibilities to design and build the systems for the customer. All systems come with an Operational Management Agreement.

How it Works
Interest - We firstly source interest from business wanting to install solar PV systems. The minimum size for this programme is 50KW.
Assess - We assess the suitability of the sites, assess current power usage and cost, and confirm the technical requirements. Not all sites will be suitable.
Design - We then design the systems based on the technical requirements. All our designs are battery and off-grid supported.
Install and Fund - We then procure, install and fully fund the C&I systems.
Operate - Once operational, we ensure that the systems are maintained, monitored and functioning at optimal capacity.
Additions - Desalination plants can be added once the C&I systems are in place. To optimize the self-efficiency of the systems, Energy Efficient Appliances can be sourced through bulk purchase arrangements.
