Our Ownership Packages

    Purchase

    The solar systems can be purchased with the option to include installation and maintenance contracts. Customers take full ownership.

    This does not include the support services that come with operational agreements.

    A more hands approach to power generation and requires more input from the owners to ensure the systems are operating at optimal capacity.

    Finance

    The systems can also be purchased using bank finance subject to their credit criteria’s. Customers take full ownership once the systems have been paid off. Installation and maintenance contracts are optional.

    This does not include the support services that come with operational agreements.

    A more hands approach to power generation and requires more input from the owners to ensure the systems are operating at optimal capacity.

    Operational or Purchase Price Agreements

    An operational agreement or a Purchase Price Agreement is subject to specific terms and conditions. There are no upfront costs, and a monthly fee is paid to IOTR Energy for the energy generated over a set term. This allows for early termination or the flexibility to transfer the contracts to new owners if the property is sold. Customers take full ownership of the systems after the agreed term (15 years) or can extend to the full life span of the systems - 25 to 30 years.

    This is a fully supported service with installation, repairs and maintenance included as part of the agreement. This includes replacement of inverters/batteries over the term of the agreement.

    Ideal for owners that want a hassle-free approach to power generation. IOTR Energy operates these systems and ensures that they are working at optimal capacity.

    Benefits

    Lower your electricity bills by generating your own clean energy. Solar power can significantly reduce your monthly power expenses, leading to immediate and long- term savings.

    Each ownership package allows for the flexibility to suit the owners’ requirements.

    There is the option to pay a monthly fee rather than to commit to the high upfront costs of buying a system.

    The solar systems add value to the overall value of the property or business facilities where it is installed.

    The systems can be fully supported, or a simple maintenance contract can be included.

    IOTR Energy, will stock spare parts or offer repair services to owners that have full ownership of these systems.

    Future opportunity to pursue net-metering or gross metering arrangements once this is in place. This allows for any excess power generated by solar to be sold back to the main utility provider.
